DON’T MISS IT

People often miss out on the very important issues of life whilst pursing other things that are less importance. the people that lived in Noah’s generation, for instance, missed the opportunity to enter into the ark of salvation while preoccupying themselves with the pleasures and cares of the world (Genesis 6:1-17).
Also in the new testament, we are told that as Jesus was being led to the cross, some women followed him and wept. but He bluntly told them not to weep for Him because He understood that they had missed the real issue. they were supposed to weep for their sins and not merely in pity of Him because of the things He suffered (Luke 23:28).
There are certain things you cannot afford to miss as you journey through life because they make your journey fruitful and worthwhile:
1. Don’t miss God’s purpose for your life. You weren’t born by chance. God had a purpose in mind in your creation. seek this purpose and stay true to it to avoid the tears and regrets of a wasted life.
2.Don’t miss the way of the Cross. This is the only way you can walk in and find rest unto your soul  both in this life and in the life hereafter. it is the narrow (seemingly demanding) way that leads to life eternal. 3.Don’t follow the multitudes in the broad way that seems pleasant to the flesh and acceptable to the world but ultimately leads to destruction (Matthew 7: 13-14).
4.Don’t miss the Truth of God’s word. Only in the truth of God’s word can you find true freedom from sin and the deeds of the flesh (John 8:32)
Don’t miss Christ’s sacrifice. Missing this great sacrifice is missing out of life abundant and full. it is missing out on life everlasting (John 3:16-18)

Wonderful but I think if there is something we should not miss is the communion of the Holy Spirit.
